This install includes the full 2006 upgrade. If you are currently licensed for 2005 but not 2006, this update will run until your current license expires. If your license is set to expire on 4-15-04 (see File User from menu) then you must order the update license on-line or by phone in enough time to receive the license in order to avoid interruption of service on 4-16-06.
